CCBCS lecturers stepped out of their comfort zone to different parts of India, even abroad, during summer vacation(June and July,2014), to preach the Gospel, train Christian workers and encourage dying churches to involve in missions.
Lecturer, Noble Wijunamai, took some of his Liangmai students and and visited Liangmai churches of Manipur and Nagaland. They climbed steep mountains, crossed many remote villages, on foot, to preach God’s Word during this Summer vacation.
Ml. Namjengdinang and Ditalakbou took a trip to Dimapur and Assam and shared God’s Word to non-Christian Zeliangrong tribals in the second Week of June,2014.
Ml. Ditalakbou, Adin Newmai and Ngounibou Thiumai ventured Andaman and Nicobar Island and ministered to Karen Christian communities.
Ngounibou further went beyond India to neighboring Buddhist country, Bhutan, and trained emerging leaders of Bhutan on how to effectively use Apologetics in evangelizing closed countries like Bhutan.
Noble Wijunamai and Mangboi Misao visited Saikul, Churachanpur and Myanmar in the Month of July. From the Month of June to July, 2014, Mangte Kom along with some of our students went to Kandamal District of Orissa to give a two-month soul winning training to lay Christian leaders, who are badly affected by persecution. Our student Issac, who is a resident of Kandamal District takes much of the initiative under the supervision of Mission Director, Ditalakbou.
Rev. Chabon, Ml Namjengdinang and our Sunday School teachers conducted a VBS at Tucha Batptist Church. Dr. Hibou Khumba and wife Abonlung Khumba, visited Chandel district of Manipur to revive Christian Churches for God’s ministry.
